I read it as HPFP and was confused why Toyotas would have a failing BMW fuel pump aboard.

Of course you would

My next buy for my GX is the Wood Grain Warrior sliders and Hankook 265/70-17 DynaPro ATM tires. Then maybe a slight spacer lift in front, and the airbag trick in the back.

I have the dynapro ATm and I like them. Tell me about “the airbag trick” Im new to the bag world. is that like the AHC controller hack for the 100 series?

You adjust the sensors for the adjustable ride height to a higher elevation for “neutral”.
Apparently you can get about 2" of lift in the rear before it starts getting too harsh for a Lexus.
This thread references the LC AHC, but I don’t have experience with that to tell you whether it’s similar or not

okay

That makes sense. Not sure I would want to do that hack on account of the harshness that I’ve noticed on the high setting, but I could see its advantages if you need to fit bigger tires. The plan for my gx is either to work as a family car until my wife finds something she likes better, then it passes to me to replace the 80...or we simply get rid of it and I keep the 80. Of course we could keep it forever so there is that too. If it becomes my touring wagon you can bet the air springs will be tossed in favor of coils with new UCA’s and the whole ball of wax.
